Much Ado about Nothing

Straight from the RSC Fringe Festival, after last year's triumphant 'Romeo & Juliet', Shooting Stars Theatre Company are proud to bring their version of 'Much Ado About Nothing' to the Camden Fringe! We are known for setting Shakespeare's best-loved comedies and classic texts in a modern context, that's accessible to everyone. With the men returning from fighting in Afghanistan and with the ever-present battle of wits between Beatrice and Benedick, this performance promises to live up to expectations! As always, Shooting Stars provides a fresh and vibrant take on an old favourite. Performed with our customary boundless energy, 'Much Ado About Nothing' will provide both humour and heartbreak for an audience of all ages.

Please note that the proceeds from the performance on Thu 23 August go towards the Lauderdale Transformed Capital project as a kind contribution by Shooting Stars Theatre.

Tickets are for places on the ground on the Tea Lawn. You are welcome to bring picnics; our bar will be open but the cafe will be closed. We will have a limited number of chairs available for hire for £1 per chair on the night of the performance - first come; first served on the door.  These will be placed around the perimeter of the Tea Lawn on the path to avoid damage to the lawn. 

In the case of inclement weather we will endeavour to continue regardelss so please come well prepared.  In the event of the weather halting the performance we are afarid we are unable to offer a refund.
